A: Adelaide Artcade Mini is only open to applicants based in South Australia.
The information below applies to ALL Adelaide Artcade events.Q: I've never tabled before, where do I even start?
A: There's no real "correct answer" to this question, and everyone will have different goals in mind when it comes to tabling at artist alleys and creator's markets.
Though a good start would be this artist alley quick-start guide created by Hawberries (linked with permission).
Just keep in mind that this guide was last updated in 2017 so there's some outdated information such as card/'Square' readers not being much of a "necessity" as many transactions in artist and creator markets today are done by card, or pricing in the guide reflects pre-2020 prices - but much of the advice is still very relevant for anyone looking to start out tabling!
Q: Can I sell works made by others?
A: All the works you intend to sell, display, promote, or distribute at Adelaide Artcade events must be your own work or work created in collaboration with others.
Your application will not be considered if your portfolio features the following or if you intend to sell, display, promote, or distribute the following:
- Stolen, traced, copied, or heavily referenced images/designs (that aims to emulate, or lacks reasonable transformation from the reference material).
- 3D printed/cutting tool assisted designs that are not your own sculpt/original model (or lack reasonable transformation, regardless of the commercial rights of the original file).
- AI generated or assisted images/designs.
- NFTs, cryptocurrency, and other related cryptocurrency products and/or advertisements.
If a stallholder is in violation of this they will be warned or removed from the event.
Q: Can I sell, display, or promote works created by AI generative technologies?
A: Adelaide Artcade will not accept works that you have not created yourself or with collaborators - this includes works made with AI generative technologies. If a stallholder is in violation of this they will be warned or removed from the event.

The Burnside Village shopping centre is a 5-10 minute drive from the Burnside Community Centre with ATM's and stores that offer cash-out.
